Each session is thoughtfully customized to your body’s needs, combining therapeutic pressure with restorative techniques to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support nervous system balance. This personalized approach helps ease physical discomfort, reduce stress, and encourage deep, lasting relaxation while promoting overall wellness. When appropriate for your care and upon request, sessions may also include complementary cupping therapy, warm towels, and hot stone application to further enhance comfort, circulation, and muscular relief. Whether you’re managing chronic tension, recovering from physical strain, or simply seeking time to reset and unwind, every session is guided by intention, professionalism, and care. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed — restored from the inside out.
Packages & Booking Policy
Package Validity: - All packages are valid for three (6) months from the date of purchase. - All sessions must be scheduled and completed within this period. - Unused sessions expire after three (6) months and are non-refundable. Package Use & Transfers: - Up to two individuals may share a service package. - Packages are non-refundable once purchased. Scheduling & Rescheduling: - All sessions must be scheduled in advance. - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any appointment. - Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session without refund or credit. Single Session Bookings: - Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. - Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists. - Repeated no-shows may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges. Business-Initiated Cancellations: - If Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists cancels a service or package, any unused balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Right to Refuse Service: - Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, professional boundaries, or inappropriate conduct. Acceptance of Terms: - By booking or purchasing any service or package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
