Refund & Cancellation Policy
Services Rendered

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

Payment is due only after services are completed, except for prepaid packages or plans.
Client-Initiated Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable charges, as outlined in our booking policy.
Business-Initiated Cancellations

If Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists cancels an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, no payment is due and no refund or credit is issued.

If the business cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a credit equal to 10% of the service value may be issued toward a future service. This credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Prepaid Packages & Plans

Prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased.

If the business cancels a prepaid session within 24 hours, the session will be returned to the client’s package, and a 10% service credit may be applied at the business’s discretion.
Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
