Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services Rendered

  • All services are non-refundable once rendered.

  • Payment is due only after services are completed, except for prepaid packages or plans.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable charges, as outlined in our booking policy.

Business-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists cancels an appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, no payment is due and no refund or credit is issued.

  • If the business cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a credit equal to 10% of the service value may be issued toward a future service. This credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Prepaid Packages & Plans

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If the business cancels a prepaid session within 24 hours, the session will be returned to the client’s package, and a 10% service credit may be applied at the business’s discretion.

Exceptions

  • Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
