In-Home Care - Phone Consultation
Professional Therapeutic Care in the Comfort of Home
Service Description
All in-home services begin with a required complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, which must be booked prior to scheduling any in-home session. This consultation allows us to determine whether in-home care is safe, appropriate, and well-suited to your individual needs. During the phone consultation, we review relevant health history, mobility limitations, post-surgical considerations, pregnancy status, and therapeutic goals. This ensures care is clinically appropriate and thoughtfully planned before any visit takes place. In-home therapeutic care is especially beneficial for clients who may find travel uncomfortable or difficult, including those recovering from surgery, managing medical conditions, experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort, or seeking care in a familiar, calming environment. If in-home care is deemed appropriate following the consultation, clients may then schedule available services, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to support swelling reduction and recovery, prenatal massage to promote comfort and circulation during pregnancy, clinical massage for targeted therapeutic support, and relaxation massage to ease tension and calm the nervous system. Travel considerations: Travel time and location are factored into scheduling and pricing. Any applicable travel fees or minimum service requirements will be clearly discussed during the consultation prior to booking. Each session is customized following the consultation to prioritize comfort, safety, and effective care — delivered with professionalism, discretion, and respect for your body’s needs.
Packages & Booking Policy
Package Validity: - All packages are valid for three (6) months from the date of purchase. - All sessions must be scheduled and completed within this period. - Unused sessions expire after three (6) months and are non-refundable. Package Use & Transfers: - Up to two individuals may share a service package. - Packages are non-refundable once purchased. Scheduling & Rescheduling: - All sessions must be scheduled in advance. - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any appointment. - Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session without refund or credit. Single Session Bookings: - Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. - Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists. - Repeated no-shows may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges. Business-Initiated Cancellations: - If Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists cancels a service or package, any unused balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Right to Refuse Service: - Clarity Massage and Bodywork Specialists reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, professional boundaries, or inappropriate conduct. Acceptance of Terms: - By booking or purchasing any service or package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
